Portable gantry carriage

Problem to solve- on my ship space between hold and hull shell is very narrow. Access to stores on the crossdecks is difficult because of pipe mains passing on both sides. Everything, no matter light or heavy, we have to carry through passage over these pipes (stormbridge). How to make it easier? Mayby, just mayby, I found solution - kind of portable gantry which consist of 2 pipes and carriage . Here is one part of it - carriage to put on the pipe. Heave up the load with self braking pulley and pull along horizontal pipe. Should work. This design is to visualize solution for my crew - sometimes it is more easy way. it is made in not published yet version 5 of Template Shapes_Text https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4863092 (CSV code compression) Code of this design with compression to CSV consist of 55 lines. With standard OpenScad commands probably 3x more Template code will be included in next database release
