One set of wheels snapped off our portable fridge, prompting me to create replacement parts to avoid having to buy an entirely new unit. I designed these wheels to connect to a common axle using threads that ensure they rotate together in perfect harmony. While simple in design, they prove to be highly functional, making them potentially useful for other applications as well. After experimenting with various settings on my printer - the PrimaCreator P120 v3 (also known as the MonoPrice Select Mini) - I finally discovered the "magic" numbers that made it work: 1 millimeter less on the screw part and a thread scale of 75%. Those who attempt to replicate this project may need to fine-tune their printer's tolerances to achieve optimal results.
