This is my fan, you can hold it or put it on its base. When it is placed on its base, it turns on itself with its very efficient and refreshing propellers. You will need connecting wires 1 small motor, 1 standard switch medium size 2 positions, 2 pins, 1 small spring, 1 piece of aluminum foil and 2 AA 1.5V batteries. Of course you can change the material and do with what you have!!! ; )
