With this setup, you can use a regular 5X7 frame glass and turn it into a small foldable prompter for your phone. The only other things you need beside the fram glass are some way of glueing both glass side pieces together, 2 X ¾ inch ¼-20 bolts and 1 X 2 ¼ inch ¼-20 bolt. Some prompter apps are available on both IOS and Android so you shouldn't have any trouble to find some.

Since my printer is not big enough, I couldn't print it so please note that it's a first try and that it could need some rework. Let me know if I need to beef up some parts (I'm thinking at the tripod bar). The hinges supports should leave the glass open at a correct 45 degrees. There is a offset part to elevate the dslr so the lens is at the center of the hole. I use a Canon DSLR to make my measurements.

All the parts should be printable without support. I'm eagerly awaiting your feedback on it.

UPDATE: I changed the hinge hole size to use a filament piece instead of printing a pin.
