This is a portable power pack designed for use with 4xAAA batteries and a 5v fan with an on/off switch. The space required for the switch is 16x11x7.9mm. I have uploaded a version without any inserts so that everyone can enjoy it. The cooling fan used in this design is similar to the one found at http://www.ebay.com/itm/252512142795?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT. The battery connector used in this project is similar to the one found at https://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/30-Pcs-AA-Battery-Positive-Negative-Conversion-Spring-Contact-Plate/1463832_32374645973.html. To assemble this power pack, you will need a screwdriver and the following screws: 4 x 3mm and 2 x 5mm. Once assembled, make sure to solder the connections securely and ensure that the connectors are safely attached with glue.
