Portable CNC Shelving Washer

This custom-designed CNC washer is meant to be transported to a retail store via pickup truck or SUV. The trailer needs to be disconnected and relocated into the store, ideally utilizing a robust vehicle such as the Purpleline Enduro or E-go Titanium Quad power units. Drive the washer beside the wet rack and establish a water supply from a hot water source by connecting the hose. Reposition the hitch so that it's no longer visible. This unit boasts collapsible shelving designed for transferring produce into tubs, sliding the tubs along an adjustable bridge onto the shelves. After loading the product, remove the shelves and move them to the washer door for processing. The door securely closes using a custom-engineered metal bracket I designed that ensures it settles evenly across the opening. Six individual washers operate independently using programmed CNC control units. There are two precision-crafted water nozzles, positioned facing each other on either side of the shelving unit, oscillating from top to bottom with substantial pressure for effective washing. If needed, adjustable height and length settings allow for adapting the unit's size according to unique requirements. A high-strength aluminum frame is utilized along with an outer polycarbonate shell which offers transparent visibility while handling relatively high temperatures efficiently. Inner components, like the carriage moving along tracks using timing belts as opposed to more expensive stainless steel ball screws. The washer meets Food Safety regulations, specifically, no NSF certification will be required. Design improvements could include optimizing Inventor for more straightforward 3D modeling processes, allowing frame generator to produce precise outputs that work effectively with various materials including polycarbonate. Opening and reviewing this assembly necessitates running on a PC configured to support software tools such as Autodesk Inventor in particular its 2018 and 2019 editions along with access via CATIA V5's Education Edition through license agreement; no direct modifications would need altering source CAD designs. Rendered pictures from Fusion 360 allow you assess performance visually by using simulation or simply rendering output directly inside F360 without relying on actual prototypes, offering practical testing means without real world trials - essentially providing you insight before production steps commence
