Portable Chewing Gum Case
thingiverse
Intro The aim of this endeavor was to design a gum case that would safeguard against the crushing of gum in transit, all while ensuring ease of use with just one hand. Personally, I have been utilizing this design for approximately three months now, and after considerable experimentation, I am finally releasing it. The iteration you see before you represents my third attempt at perfecting the case's form factor. Previous designs have undergone scrutiny, but this particular configuration strikes a balance between secure fitment and minimal looseness, while also boasting optimal lid friction. Parts List Body \nLid\nHardware (all of which are readily available from McMaster-Carr): \n1 x M3 Nuts (visit http://www.mcmaster.com/#90685A037 for more details) \n1 x M3 20mm Screw (view at http://www.mcmaster.com/#91290A123) To access comprehensive assembly instructions, please refer to the accompanying guidelines. Usage Employ this design to store up to five pieces of gum on each side. Hold it comfortably in your primary hand by wrapping your fingers around the body, and secure the lid firmly into place, which should naturally facilitate ease of gum dispensing via thumb-driven operation.
