A Portable Chess Set for the Laser-Cutter. No Glue or Adhesives Needed (You Can Use Paint to Distinguish Teams). Designed Specifically for 3mm MDF. Updated Instructions (August 2019): New Guidelines: All Laser-Cut Files Are Now in DXF R12 ASCII Format. Three Separate Files Are Provided, Each with Different Kerf Compensation: 0: No Kerf Compensation; 015: All Notches Are Compensated for a 0.15mm Kerf; 020: Same as Above, but with a 0.20mm Kerf. Kerf is the Amount of Material Removed During Cutting. To Ensure Accurate Assembly Without Glue, This Kerf Is Automatically Compensated in Each Vector File. To Cut and Assemble the Model, Use the 015 Kerf File or the 020 Kerf File If Your Laser Has a Wider Cut. For Significant Modifications to the File, Consider Using the 0 Kerf File Instead.
