Portable BBQ knob

I created four replicas for two portable BBQs that had lost their knobs. These prototypes performed remarkably well under intense use in the real world, manufactured with precision using black PLA. This design is specifically tailored for a D-shaped shaft. UPDATE January 21st, 2017 - after rigorous testing in the real world, the PLA material began to melt at required temperatures and the knob became loose. I reprinted the design in ABS, and testing has yet to be completed. In ABS on my machine, this replica necessitated a raft and an enclosure, printed at 260 degrees C with a bed temperature of 110 degrees C using ABS/acetone slurry on glass.
