Portable Air Conditioner Accordion Duct Collar for 5" ducts

This is a collar designed for attaching a flexible 5-inch accordion duct to a drop ceiling or plywood surface. It securely fastens into the duct by screwing it in place. The outside diameter of 169mm allows it to be easily printed on most standard printers. I've also included a second design that features integrated screw hole studs, making it simple to attach the collar to plywood or similar materials. Print Settings: Printer: FLUX 3D Delta Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.03mm Infill: 20% Notes: I printed this part at 220c because that's what my printer and PLA filament combination prefer. Design Process: I used calipers to carefully measure the duct and thread pitch, then recreated it (after four attempts) using Tinkercad's design tools.
