Portable AC Window Vent Connector

This connector replaces a worn-out Window Vent coupling for DeLonghi Pinguino PACC120E indoor, portable air conditioning units. It connects the exhaust hose to the window bracket securely. The connection between the hose and connector is very tight due to plastic-to-plastic contact. However, there is some play at the metal end where it attaches to the window bracket. Designed using DesignSpark Mechanical software, this model requires additional supports for clips at the top. Printing took 21 hours on high power mode with a Prusa i3 MK2S 3D printer. Slicing was done using Slic3r PE software.
