Portable AC Window Adapter

Portable AC Window Adapter

I successfully created a custom window adapter for my portable AC (Black & Decker BPACT12HWT) using OpenSCAD and printed it out. My DIY version is almost as fragile as the original, but it has fewer leaks and fits more snugly than the real one. To assemble the pieces, I used a low-temp glue gun and reinforced them with some spare plastic, but there are likely other ways to do this. I chose PLA for printing, but using another plastic might make sense because exhaust heat causes the part to slightly warp over time. If your window is 33" (838mm) wide, my design should fit perfectly, but if it's a different size, you'll need to customize the end piece to match whatever width you have. The spacers are specifically designed to maximize the bed space on an Ender 3 printer.
