Portable AC Window Adapter
thingiverse
I couldn't find the window adapter for my portable AC (Black & Decker BPACT12HWT), so modeled one in OpenSCAD and printed it up. It's about as flimsy as the original one, but it at least has fewer leaks and fits more flush than the real one. I glued the pieces together with a low-temp glue gun and reinforced with some scrap plastic, but there are probably other ways to do this. I printed with PLA, but it might make sense to use another plastic because exhaust heat causes the part to slightly deform over time. If your window is 33" (838mm), it should fit fine, but if it's a different size, you'll want to customize the end part to fit whatever size. The spacers are designed to maximize the width on an Ender 3 bed.
