Portaberry Pi Ultra - usb panel mount and new joystick

The joysticks utilized by 3Derp are now outdated and no longer obtainable. I updated the files to utilize (https://www.adafruit.com/product/512). Additionally, I incorporated a panel mount USB port. (https://www.amphenol-icc.com/product-series/rugged-usb.html) I will be designing new sticks for the joysticks as they are somewhat too tall to be comfortable for me, but they function well as-is. The screen bracket may require slight sanding in order to fit around the new, larger joystick PCBs, but it wasn't enough for me to alter the design and reprint. I also modified the holes on the Panel Housing to accept these brass, heat-set inserts. (https://www.mcmaster.com/#94180a331/=1bctjv4) This allows for significantly quicker/easier access to the insides, and you don't have to worry about tapping plastic.
