The redesigned cooling fan frame for Portabee printer is an improved version of Igor's original design. It attaches using the bottom screw on the extruder, providing a more secure fit than the longer alternative. The same 40mm fan is utilized, connected to the original 20mm slot and vice versa, ensuring constant filament cooling during printing and post-initial layer cooling. Apply Klapton tape around the nozzle head area to prevent overcooling. Credit to Igor for inspiring this innovation. To optimize printing, consider rotating the model so the wider platform touches the printbed. This is easily achievable in Cura by manually rotating and selecting "position flat." Adjust settings as desired, with 0.3mm nozzle size and no support or adhesion helpers recommended. Some warping may occur on angled parts; use a knife to trim for a smooth finish if needed.
