This is the little plastic piece that the shifter stem goes through underneath the shift bezel that covers up the hole when you switch over to manual mode. It is not a copy since I lost mine I had to make it up on my own, but it gets the job done, I made the hole a bit too smal but a few seconds with the dremel will fix that.
