I redesigned this sill vent for a Porsche 944 after my originals broke off during removal, so I came up with a new version that closely matches the original design. I added a small tab to make them easier to unclip. The fit was perfect when printed as is from my printer, but you may need to make some adjustments depending on your printing setup. I used PLA for mine, but consider using a stronger filament for better results.
