I crafted this design using S3D, relying on a custom blend of settings that allowed me to achieve a sleek grille mesh effect. By opting for no solid base or top layers and a moderate infill percentage of 25%, I was able to strike a balance between structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, I chose to employ six outer loops to refine the mesh pattern, ensuring a smooth and intricate design. To further enhance the overall look, I omitted support structures altogether, instead focusing on carefully cleaning up any drooping loops on the catch ears.
