Porsche 924 944 Verriegelkeil Tankdeckel/locking wedge tank cap

The original Porsche 924/944 locking wedge of the tank cap can break after many years of use due to the high force of the spring. I decided to create a new one to replace it because the old one was breaking down. Several versions of the part were made, with Version 01 having the original measurements and Versions 02 & 03 having customized measurements to make them more stable. To ensure a smooth fit, it may be necessary to sand down the sides slightly. So far, Version 03 has been in use for nearly a month without any issues, although it does exhibit some slight warping. Printing with ABS might result in Versions 01 or 02 holding up well, but this hasn't been tested yet. I would love to see pictures of your makes if you're willing to share them!
