Porsche 924 944 electric sunroof latch
thingiverse
Update: printed, installed, works okay. I'm not exactly skilled at modeling, so it's basically what you see. Still need to print out the final version of this within the next week or two. Porsche is asking $170 for an assembly; you can occasionally find just this lever for around $60. That's highway robbery right there! In the background of the picture, you'll notice either OEM or aftermarket parts, while in the foreground lies an early prototype. I ran the model through makeprintable and reuploaded it. Printing again today, and I'll report back with the results. The second STL file, labeled as "fixed," is the latest version, featuring a solid peg instead of the original split one that kept breaking apart. Testing will follow once more parts arrive to help me reassemble my sunroof. Some clean-up might be required; perhaps a bit of sanding on the cam lobe.
