This is a replica of the German sports car, Porsche, specifically the nine-eleven or "Neun-Elfer", renowned for its exceptional engineering and legendary durability. Its rear-mounted six-cylinder boxer engine makes it a standout among automotive legends, earning it fifth place in the prestigious *Car of the Century* rankings. Using a high-tech desktop CNC machine from [Stepcraft](https://www.zenziwerken.de/my-cnc), I precision-milled parts from Baltic birch plywood and oak using a spiral-toothed 1.2 mm flute (3 mm for the oak). Five millimeter beech rods were used to create the axles, while vinyl washers ensured smooth tire movement. For smaller versions, a laser cutter could be an excellent alternative tool.
