After watching Season 1, Episode 5 of The British Baking Show, we decided we had to get in on that pie action. We love a good pie, and let's face it, they're hard to come by in the UK and practically impossible here in the US. I scoured every possible source for a wooden dolly but came up empty-handed, so I took matters into my own hands. I created these custom pie dollies that are perfectly sized for an individual pie, about 85mm in diameter. One of them features grooves, just like those vintage pie dollies that used to be popular in England, designed with the input from none other than Paul Hollywood himself on The British Baking Show. No holes here, thank you very much - I didn't want any crud collecting in there. Both dollies are hollow inside and feature a sturdy 5mm wall with 15% infill for added strength. Each one requires about 100 grams of filament, and let me tell you, they took over 12 hours to print on my trusty Prusa printer. After production, both will need some serious sanding, especially in the grooves.
