A well-preserved specimen of Spisula solidissima displays numerous holes created by boring sponges (T-210). The dwelling traces left behind are called Entobia. This particular specimen originates from Cape May County, New Jersey and is part of the teaching collection at the Paleontological Research Institution in Ithaca, New York. The shell measures approximately 12.5 cm in width, captured by Emily Hauf's precise model.
