THE COMPLETE FILE WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SUPPORTS. Alternatively, print the Front/Back files and assemble together. I sliced it so the seam is not located across his front. You can create an exceptional solid oak cane/walking stick for approximately $7. In addition to the printed topper of your choice, you will need a 1” oak dowel which costs about $6 at Home Depot and a 1” rubber leg tip – about $4 for 4 of them. Links below are provided as references so you know what to purchase: 1” Oak Dowel: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Builder-s-Choice-1-in-x-36-in-Oak-Round-Dowel-HDDO136/206184686 1” Leg Tip: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000QD30TE The topper .stl file is sized for the 1” dowel if printed at 100%. If you want to use it for a different size stick, simply adjust accordingly. I print at 20% infill and then paint and coat with a 2-part epoxy resin to add the deep gloss and strength. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BM9LHRB Just print the topper, attach it to the finished dowel (sand and clear coat) with your preferred adhesive (I simply use some of the 2-part resin I have mixed up for the final topper coat). You will end up with an impressive walking stick – or more if you are into collecting as I plan to do a lot of these.
