The first test print is underway, still refining settings. Suggested print parameters are as follows: Print in the orientation specified. Extrusion Multiplier set to 1.02. Extrusion width at 0.42mm. Layer height at 0.25mm. Infill density at 0%. Initial start point determined by closest x-coordinate maximum and y-coordinate maximum (for a 200x200 print bed, choose x=220 and y=200). Temperature set between 220-230 degrees Celsius. Cooling fan speed at 30%. Print speed at 60mm/s. X/Y axis movement speed set to 150mm/s or higher if printer capabilities permit. Critical note: For the initial four layers, utilize two perimeter walls, two bottom layers, and zero top layers. From the fifth layer onwards, adjust settings to one perimeter wall, zero bottom layers, and zero top layers.
