Porcelain vase - XVII century
myminifactory
I discovered an exquisite vase within Palazzo dei Normanni, situated in Palermo, Italy, which was once part of the royal collection of porcelain treasures belonging to a king. If you take a glance through a window on the second floor, you'll be able to spot it. The intricate design caught my eye, and I was struck by its breathtaking beauty, making me think that 3D printing would be an ideal way to replicate it since every aspect of the object can be printed without any supporting structures. Using computer-aided design techniques, I recreated the vase, and the result is now available for everyone to admire.
