Popup Gazebo Hinge
thingiverse
I built this to replace the broken hinge on my 2.4m x 2.4m Gazebo that high winds destroyed, snapping multiple hinges in the process. I designed and created this from scratch, thoroughly testing it on my Argos-bought Gazebo with amazing results. I printed it out of PLA, but I'm eager to try printing it with PETG or ABS next. When printed vertically, only minimal support is needed for the holes. This current iteration features a fully threaded design that accurately replicates the original hinge. You'll need 2 M5 Bolts (DIN 965) at 20mm to assemble this new hinge. **UPDATE** I've also created an updated version that uses a nut instead of bolts, providing extra stability and minimizing the risk of screws stripping.
