I scored a great deal on a closeout sale at Gander Mountain, but unfortunately, the blinds were only designed to rise from the bottom, leaving me with no choice but to leave my windows completely open. To get around this issue, I came up with a clever solution - creating a clip for the curtain rod and installing an additional curtain at the top.
