Popsicle Stick Bridge

In Olin's Mech Solids class, we crafted a popsicle stick bridge that supported 50 kg despite its 0.3 kg weight, boasting a strong-to-weight ratio of 166. Unfortunately, our teacher's weight caused catastrophic failure due to glue wicking, but we believed the design could withstand more. We appreciated the arch and distributed tension member model. Files were saved in C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\SolidWorks\lang\english\weldment profiles\popsicle. Collaborators included Paul Titchener, Alex Crease, and Joe Kochevar.
