The container only opens if the correct combination of candy is selected on the four spinners. The in between dots are also valid positions giving it 8 possibilities per spinner giving it 4096 possible combinations. You have to print four spinners You can choose which ones you want. When choosing which icons you like, take into account that each spinner unlocks in one of the four directions and not all in the same direction. The other parts are all printed once. To unlock rotate all spinners in the corresponding direction. Instead of numbers there are candy icons. Then unlock with the bottom most spinner (locker) with the arrow facing the candy.Printing notes: the spinners need some support for the channel. Print the hull and lids in candy color. The rest of the parts are best in light brown (which I did not have). The locker has to be placed between the lids in the correct orientation. There is an arrow on one side of the locker that needs to face the two icons on the lid. The two lid halves have to be glued together. Place the locker in the correct direction in first! The two nipples are not the same size so orientation is important. I printed most parts in 0.15mm layer height. The hull in 0.3mm. The sticks and screw in 0.1mm.When slicing, place the scars in the threads in the corresponding niches (see pictures). This way the threads will be more easy to screw. The screw is so that one can change the combination. Disclaimer: while it mechanically works nicely it is only a gimmick and not meant for valuables. Children may break it open if too greedy. Also the spinners are not snappy but rather loose and they spin each other if one is rotated. So there is room for improvements, a revision with spacers that do not turn is coming soon.
