My innovative take on the pop-top hook mechanism features no supports, with everything expertly designed to slide or snap effortlessly into place. The top head design is independent of the mechanism, making it simple to swap out for something else if desired. For the first design, I added a monkey face, but I may incorporate more in later versions. A blank is included that represents the available space at the top; simply perform a boolean intersect with this piece and another model to create a custom top figure. A spot is also provided to attach a small rubber band between the body and the lever arm if additional resistance to popping up is needed, though I've found gravity works just fine for resetting the hook. When installing on a nail or screw in the wall, you may need to pull down the tail slightly. The monkey face design used is not my original creation; it was borrowed from georgesnikkei's work, which can be found at https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/cute-monkey-miketon.
