Print each STL file individually because spinner arms require supports, while the body does not. You can print all three arms with one color or use an STL file with only one arm to create each arm a different color. Once printing is complete, simply install bearings into place. I used ceramic ones for the center and metal ones for the arms. Next, apply a small amount of glue to the center piece (body) and secure the arms in position - that's all there is to it.
