Pop-out window bracket part (V2)

This is a revised version of my http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:165440 - the location of the pin hole was just slightly misplaced, which prevented the window from closing as snugly as it should; at freeway speeds, it was like having the window rolled down a tiny bit. So, I relocated the pin hole by a couple of millimeters, and that fixed the issue. And, since one of them broke when removing the pin, I also redesigned it to be made up of two parts to maximize its strength (to minimize reliance on layer bond strength).
