Assemble your 6-bladed ninja star by following these steps: first, print out all components including blades (x6), backings (x2), and inner plates (x2). Clean the small holes on each part for a snug fit of filament. Attach the two inner plates together using acetone or super glue, ensuring that the grooves align top to bottom. Clamp the halves until dry. Next, insert lengths of filament into each blade and cut off excess, leaving 1.5mm on each side for a clean fit in the center plate's grooves. Place these blades into the back plate's larger holes and slide the center plate down over them. Attach the second back plate from above, pressing filament into the holes one at a time until you can press the top against the bottom. Trim excess filament and sand down ends for a seamless appearance. To use your ninja star, hold the center grip while rotating the outer ring. The action will smooth out with continued play. If desired, file inner edge of blades for a tighter closure. Enjoy your new 6-bladed ninja star!
