PoorKame
thingiverse
PoorKame is a more budget-friendly alternative to the MiniKame created by Javier Isabel! To make it even more affordable, I made some tweaks using cheaper microServos like the TOWER PRO 9g or similar alternatives. This requires an additional voltage regulator that's mounted on the top crest. To assemble PoorKame, simply print the bottom and top body parts along with one of the crests, then print the remaining components from the original KAME design. UPDATE: All connection details and schematics are thoroughly explained in Javier's project page on Hackaday (https://hackaday.io/project/9334-kame-esp8266-based-quadruped). For a more comprehensive look at PoorKame, visit the GitHub repository (https://github.com/owenlab/poorkame) or check out this video tutorial (https://youtu.be/6CAGECC3nNk).
