Poor Man's Wet Palette

A simple wet palette for miniature painters. The palette comes in 3 parts, Water Tray, Top and Cutter Guide. The whole thing is intended to be held together with elastic bands. To use the cutter place a piece of kitchen towel over the top and then push the cutter guide down and cut with a sharp knife. Repeat with a piece of parchment or grease proof paper and you should have a serviceable wet palette.
