This is an adapter for the handheld above ground pool vacuum with the skinny handle. This screws in like the skinny pole, but the other end fits 1 1/4 inch poles. The 1 1/4 inch poles are much longer and stronger than the cheap skinny one it comes with. A bolt is used to attach to the pole through the hole as shown in the in the pictures.
