In order to enhance accuracy in pool, I pondered various ideas for the Extreme Redesign Challenge. Lacking experience with Inventor or 3-D printing, I envisioned an attachment to a cue stick that would emit a beam of light, adjustable to aim at any target point. To achieve this, I designed two cylinders - one around the pool stick and another attached to hold the laser. Additionally, I created a platform with multiple rods as reference points for users. Meticulously measuring the cue stick's width and the purchased laser, I ensured proper fit and stability. By integrating this innovative device, I aspire to revolutionize the game of pool by diminishing guesswork and increasing precision.
