Pool Pole Friction Ring

This item is a substitute friction band for the slip joint of a pool skimmer rod. The original component in my rod completely broke down, making it impossible to tighten the band enough to keep the rod from slipping. I manufactured mine using Ninja SemiFlex material. It's a bit snug at first, but if you twist the pole while adjusting the length, it will soon mold into place nicely.
