Pool Noodle Katana

I conceptualized this project based loosely on a fundamental Katana design. A friend requested I create a sword hilt that can accommodate a pool noodle attachment, enabling his kids to engage in imaginative swordplay. He had encountered similar products at retail stores but found them lacking in appeal and asked if I could craft something more intriguing and realistic. My goal was to produce a Katana that combines functionality with aesthetic charm. To achieve this, I designed the hilt for printability without supports and reinforced it with glue for added structural integrity. The snug fit may necessitate some adjustments depending on the printer's precision.
