Pool Net Adapter - Aqua EZ Nylon Pool Skimmer

I designed and printed a replacement adapter part in PLA for my Aqua EZ Nylon Pool Skimmer, which I originally purchased at Lowes. The original part had broken off, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a new one. Since the new part would be exposed to direct sunlight, I was a bit concerned about its durability. However, I figured it couldn't be worse than the original part, which may have been made of some low-quality material. Perhaps using ABS plastic would have been a better option, but I had PLA on hand. The old adapter part was attached to the rest of the skimmer using an aluminum rivet. To remove it, I simply drilled out the rivet with my trusty drill press. Once the part was out, I reassembled everything using a small stainless steel screw instead. Before tightening the screw, I took the time to drill a pilot hole for it, making sure everything would fit together smoothly. The spring clip that attaches to the pool skimmer's pole can be found on Thingiverse under the following link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:19216
