Pool Hook
thingiverse
I crafted these hooks specifically for the rim of my pool, where they'll securely hold a plastic basket filled with beach balls, pool toys, and more. I needed two or more hooks, which I had to print and resize as necessary. Initially, my first prototype was too large, so I adjusted it slightly and printed multiple versions at once. Printing at 50% speed with an infill of 60% yielded great results – the hooks have a firm grip on the pool rim. To complete the project, I cut two slots into the side of a plastic bin to hang from the hooks and drilled drainage holes in the lower section, ensuring any excess water can escape. This setup will keep my daughter's smaller pool toys organized and easily accessible.
