Pool Eyeball (Nozzle) Removal Tool

This tool fits neatly into a 1-1/2" MIP thread pool "eyeball" (aka nozzle) allowing you to easily unscrew or screw it in place. Yes, it securely fits a Hayward SP1419D! Make sure to print this design using a strong and rigid filament. Those old eyeballs can become calcified and extremely difficult to remove! I printed the black example with AmazonBasics Premium black PLA and found it to be adequately robust. Tip: If you're unable to unscrew the old eyeball with this tool, as it starts to bend, then you'll need to break out some self-adjusting pliers (e.g. Robo Grip or similar) and really put some effort into removing the old eyeball's center part. I had to remove a bit of the threads on mine and then used scrap wood and a hammer to free it from its calcium encasement. Of course, I used my tool to screw in the new one! Don't over-tighten the new eyeball! Also, apply some PTFE (Teflon) tape on the threads for easier unscrewing in the future. Note: For commercial use, simply ask permission so that I can track where it's being utilized.
