Pool Crevice Vacuum

Pool Crevice Vacuum

I used the small vacuum head that worked pretty well at getting into the angled corners at the bottom of the deep end. I thought the suction was a bit too much and worried about long-term wear and tear on my vinyl liner. I made a bigger one with more scallops for water ingress and made them fully semi-circular so each has more area. This doesn't have a brush like commercial larger versions, which aren't so good for crevices. I might make this a future development by adding a brush. Print suction face down obviously and use touching baseplate type support (Cura). I also consider acetone smoothing in the future to take off any edges - although it is pretty smooth as long as you get the support thoroughly removed. I made mine in ABS, and will try to keep out the sun as much as possible. The clip is a bit of a tight fit - so put one peg fully in the hole in the fork before you put the other pin in. You also need one 2" Stainless Steel bolt, washer, nut, and a little superglue in the nut thread after you assemble it locks the nut on really well.
