You'll need clamps that hold the pool cover securely in place on your tubular pool with elliptical tubing measuring 64x44mm. To assemble it, you will require a 20mm M3 thread and a 35 to 50mm M4 bolt along with its nut. The frame of your pool is made from sturdy 64x44mm elliptic tubing. Make sure to tap the hole in the inner part to M3 or drill it to 3mm and attach an M3 nut on each side for proper alignment. To achieve optimal results, set your layer height to .24mm and ensure sufficient wall and top/bottom width for added stiffness. A recommended wall thickness is 1.2mm while the top and bottom should measure between 1.20 to 1.44mm.
