This poo-bag dispenser functions quite efficiently, surprisingly enough. The sewing is somewhat finicky. Also, if you're creating it with a laser, be aware that there may be blowouts at the back of the stitch holes. In hindsight, those should have been single points or small lines, not circles. I didn't integrate the holes for the tether on top or the button into the design. I assumed the button's placement would depend somewhat on the stitching and for the top holes, I wanted the option to include a single eyelet, two holes, or hardware. For sewing, I used a blanket stitch on the curved edges simply because I prefer it. It has some drawbacks; primarily the edges are impossible to treat after sewing and it exposes the stitches to wear over time.
