After wasting countless hours dealing with the frustration of dog poo bags that keep falling off their dispensers, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a rugged, durable Poo Bag Dispenser that can withstand even the toughest conditions. The device accepts standard rolls of bags found in pet stores and is designed from scratch using SketchUp. If you're interested in having a copy of the skp file, just let me know. As a result, you'll need to fashion the top loop from a piece of shirt hanger wire or something similar and attach it to the bottom using small diameter machine screws and nuts. Place them with the head inside poking out so that the screw ends don't interfere with the bags. Feel free to enlarge the hole (using a drill) if you're using a larger diameter screw.
