Ponytail express
thingiverse
I'm a dad, and as a parent, it was tough for me to style my daughter's hair every morning. But then I saw that funny video of a guy using a vacuum cleaner to make a ponytail out of his kid's hair, and it made me think - what if I improved the idea? So I got to work on this, testing it and tweaking it until it was finally ready. It ended up being super fun! Here's how it works: just attach a standard vacuum hose to this tool, tie some hair ties around the end of the nozzle, and voila - you'll suck all that messy hair into one spot. Roll down the hair tie, and that's it! The photo showing it off is pretty cool, but I realized later that the top beam snapped when the kids played with it a bit too much. That's why I strengthened it in the downloadable stl file. Fits a standard vacuum hose (32mm). Attach some hair ties over the end, suck all the hair you want into the nozzle, roll the hair tie down - and voila! You'll have your daughter's hair looking fabulous in no time. Don't forget to download my beefed-up stl file that adds extra support to keep it from snapping again.
