I'm experimenting with OpenSCAD and have recently printed an object with settings at 0.2 layer height and 0.4 infill rate. The print outcome was satisfactory; however, the bottom part could be improved by optimizing the bridging technique. Overall, the design turned out to be a decent coin replica.
