I designed this for my in-laws' pontoon and it's actually the clip that secures the kill switch outside. If you pull on it, the boat instantly shuts down. The initial design was seriously flawed, constantly breaking apart, so I beefed up the walls where it used to crack and printed it with flexible filament, making it virtually indestructible.
