I designed this mount to enable me to install a Perko Stealth light on the bimini of my pontoon instead of the standard factory lighting. I turned the shaft on the light 90 degrees by drilling a new hole for the screw. Now, my light folds down and secures under my bimini cover when not in use. Update: I've added installed pictures.
